i have user using office 365 email account , using ms outlook 2016 check email. using win 10.
each time open ms outlook 2016, want see username , password option appeared can enter credential. never (and not to) ticked "remembered credential" box. these few days, option ticked. option asking username , password not pop-up. and not it.
we have removed "generic credentials" list in "credential manager". works few days option "remembered credential" ticked again. please help.
i know user not enter username , password, user prefer have pop each time exit outlook.

- can tell how he's outlook configured? using pop, imap or exchange?
- is using same computer whenever checks email?
