i have new laptop , when try open word, excel or outlook error - microsoft.office.desktop_8wekyb3d8bbwe!0

it working fine until 2 days ago.

i uninstalled , reinstalled word see if , still error.

any suggestions - thank in advance

i suggest try clean booting computer , check whether can open office application, can eliminate if third-party software or add-in conflict office applications.

 

meanwhile, need confirm information troubleshooting:

1.where did download office from? example, office 365 portal or somewhere else?

2.regarding working fine until 2 days ago, did perform windows or office before sudden change? example, update operating system or office etc.

3.a screenshot of error message.

4.a screenshot of windows operating systems build. can check if searching about pc in windows search panel , click it.

5.please check whether there microsoft office 365 proplus or microsoft office 365 business appearing on computer control panel>programs>programs , features , let know version of office.
