have toggle "online / offline" or toggle between inbox , sent box after emails come pouring in. have spent many hours chatting, phone, etc trying resolve using windows 10 on brand new computer , wondering how email come in automaticly should. works fine @ te ips website. works fine win 10 built in mail program. problem has within outlook. please help!

incoming emails should appear in inbox folder automatically. better assist concern, kindly provide following information:
- have installed latest office updates on computer?
- have tried removing account on outlook app, add again?
- can tell troubleshooting steps have tried far?
