outlook.com - Microsoft Community


i use outlook.com , accees emails via pop provider.

in last few days emails provider have not appeared in outlook account have been deleted @ provider.

haven't (to knowledge)made changes

trued deleting , re configuring account same thing happens

this issue might caused settings misconfiguration. know more, please answer following:

  • are getting error messages?
  • have tried using different browser?
  • what troubleshooting steps have done far?
