why can't I customize my MSN homepage? - Microsoft Community

when click on customize homepage, boxes of category, select want , hit "done" , nothing changes. bing, skype, e-bay, few others , blank page o imac using safari (which have done since 2009

we acknowledge issue you're experiencing customizing msn homepage. it because of compatibility between browser you're using , msn. there few options can change msn homepage. may refer support article customize , personalize msn.com homepage. may send feedback msn. see steps below:

1. click cogwheel icon next username.

2. select feedback.

3. there should small window open. put feedback in provide feedback box.

note: may report problem encounter in msn, may put on report problem box beside provide feedback.

4. write feedback , click submit once you're done.

hello, we trying use skype business. tried sign in, , got following error. we followed the  instructions here . used remote connectivity analyzer , failed. we added srv , cname records our dns server, , the  remote connectivity analyzer  passed 4. however, still cannot log skype business, , same error when try. when adding srv records, our dns server did not have place enter service or protocol, entered them in "name" field using following pattern: _service._protocol.domain.com what else wrong? **post transferred skype office skype business better assistance.** seems took little time dns server register new entries. it's working now. working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
