two days ago began getting message on iphone6s, , application no longer shows outlook meetings cannot use application call meetings.  i've tried rebooting phone , application several times , have removed , reloaded app multiple times no change.  yesterday updated ios 11.2 , problem has not changed.  when resolved in skype business application?

also comment moved 'skype business' forum generic.  went there , there 50 pages of of 20 topics per page.  supposed spend day looking 1 topic?

i need gather more information narrow down possible cause of issue provide more targeted help.

 

  1. deployment of skype business. skype business deployed on cloud or on premise?
  2. detailed version of skype business. can check clicking avatar>settings>about.
  3. is account mfa (multiple factor authentication) enabled? mfa second way verify credential such text code, phone call or authentication app, etc..
  4. to check whether account issue, may sign different account (such account colleague) in client , check whether error prompts.

hello, we trying use skype business. tried sign in, , got following error. we followed the  instructions here . used remote connectivity analyzer , failed. we added srv , cname records our dns server, , the  remote connectivity analyzer  passed 4. however, still cannot log skype business, , same error when try. when adding srv records, our dns server did not have place enter service or protocol, entered them in "name" field using following pattern: _service._protocol.domain.com what else wrong? **post transferred skype office skype business better assistance.** seems took little time dns server register new entries. it's working now. working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
