i subscribe office 365.  365 drops , 8.1 shows up.  have not ran recovery.  4 yr subscriber , account active.  office 365 hiding somewhere can , drop 8.1? k

hello kay,

we clarify, when mentioned office 365 drops, did mean older office version shows on computer? also, os of computer on 8.1, upgraded windows 10 reverted back?

hello, we trying use skype business. tried sign in, , got following error. we followed the  instructions here . used remote connectivity analyzer , failed. we added srv , cname records our dns server, , the  remote connectivity analyzer  passed 4. however, still cannot log skype business, , same error when try. when adding srv records, our dns server did not have place enter service or protocol, entered them in "name" field using following pattern: _service._protocol.domain.com what else wrong? **post transferred skype office skype business better assistance.** seems took little time dns server register new entries. it's working now. Office / Skype for Business / Windows 10 / Office 365 for business
