i running office outlook 2013 version 15.0.4981.1001

when left click once on outlook icon on task bar, outlook opens on email page

with first copy of outlook open on email page, when single right click on outlook icon on task bar, menu pops up, , select , click on office 2013, copy of outlook opens on email page

both copies identical - email, calendar, people, notes

i have 2 copies installed - 2 identical copies of office

how remove/delete second copy of outlook

i have tried use repair function via control panel > office > quick repair ... no success

i have used repair function via control panel > office > on line repair ... again no success

in fact on line repair process installed second identical copy of office attempting repair problem outlook

how remove/delete second copy of outlook

thanks

behavior noticing office product. same across word, excel etc.
way launch instance of outlook.
running more 1 instance of outlook not serve purpose. serves purpose in excel etc.

hello, we trying use skype business. tried sign in, , got following error. we followed the  instructions here . used remote connectivity analyzer , failed. we added srv , cname records our dns server, , the  remote connectivity analyzer  passed 4. however, still cannot log skype business, , same error when try. when adding srv records, our dns server did not have place enter service or protocol, entered them in "name" field using following pattern: _service._protocol.domain.com what else wrong? **post transferred skype office skype business better assistance.** seems took little time dns server register new entries. it's working now. working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
