Outlook Calendar syncing on my Iphone Outlook App and my PC Outlook - Microsoft Community

i sync outlook calendar iphone outlook app and my pc outlook.   when enter event iphone outlook disappears shows on pc outlook.  when make entry on pc outlook not show on iphone.   on iphone go calendar settings , select settings gear on bottom left , select outlook.com account , reset account.   my iphone outlook calendar syncs correctly.   what reset account , can eliminate step , have sync automatically?   thanks russ

we understand having issues syncing outlook calendar. synchronization of calendars between outlook , apple iphone requires apple itunes. can configure items synchronized during one-time set process. make sure calendar enabled device settings , check sync again.

to check app settings, go phone's settings > accounts & passwords > select account you're trying sync.

to sync outlook calendar ios device, please follow steps below:

1. connect iphone computer using cable provided device or placing iphone in apple universal dock. itunes opens automatically when connected computer.

2. in itunes, in source list, under devices, click entry iphone.

3. click info tab.

4. under calendars, click sync calendars from, , click outlook.

5. do 1 of following:

   • to synchronize calendars, click all calendars.

   • to limit calendars synchronized, click selected calendars, , click calendars want synchronize.

6. click apply.

once done, please check if able sync outlook calendar.
