Outlook emails with Word attachments won't send - Microsoft Community

i having issue sending emails through outlook word attachments. email appears, end, have sent , shows in sent items successful. recipient never receives email. other emails text or pdf attachments go through fine, appears word documents. 

is else having issue , there way of fixing problem?

this might possible outlook settings issue or system conflict. need ask few questions better assist you. please answer following information:

• are using outlook application or outlook web? if outlook app, version?
• which version of microsoft word using?
• were able send word attachment before on outlook?
• have tried sending word attachment yourself? if yes, did receive it?
