Too Many Services - Office 365 Outlook - Mac - Microsoft Community

my office 365 outlook mac keeps prompting credentials , after enter them message says "connected many services." please advise on how fix. thank you!

to further narrow down problem:

 

  1. please provide detailed version of outlook mac;
  2. and may know whether mail account configured exchange or imap?
  3. how many email accounts have added outlook mac client?
  4. can provide screenshot of connected services? (please mask private information before upload picture)

 

based on experience, problem may occur if have connected more 1 office 365 account has not been authenticated. please open microsoft word , click on account, check connected services, , if find of don’t want connect or listed not connected, remove it.

Email with "Certificate attachment" from my company not - Microsoft Community

hello, we trying use skype business. tried sign in, , got following error. we followed the  instructions here . used remote connectivity analyzer , failed. we added srv , cname records our dns server, , the  remote connectivity analyzer  passed 4. however, still cannot log skype business, , same error when try. when adding srv records, our dns server did not have place enter service or protocol, entered them in "name" field using following pattern: _service._protocol.domain.com what else wrong? **post transferred skype office skype business better assistance.** seems took little time dns server register new entries. it's working now.
