windows not working correctly - Microsoft Community

every time i open word document or power point message saying there error preventing windows working , when choose repair after 5-10 minutes document crashes , lose work.

does error message windows or word not working?

if not help, might remove traces of office installation downloading fixit following article:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2739501

saving computer , running it.

then, after re-starting computer, reinstall office logging www.office.com/myaccountwith registered email address , click install office.

before removing office installation,  make sure able log account , office associated it!

if have office (locally installed) rather subscription version provided through office 365, can't office through microsoft account. instead, see
