of late more , more emails sent users hotmail or outlook accounts users of our email server disappear. our email server's log files declare emails sent, never arrive @ destination.
yes, have checked sps settings of sending domains , have reverse lookup our mail server. registered 'smart network data service' , regularly check email server blacklists, etc.
affecting our customers , customers using microsoft email services business or other transactions.
our mail server has address: 87.106.138.102 (mail.fsnd.de)
examples of sending domains are: ateahrealty.com, the-native-translator.com , eastshorerealty.ca
according to: https://www.talosintelligence.com/reputation_center/lookup?search=87.106.138.102 our email reputation good!
please inform have let our customers send customers legit emails.

there lot of possible causes why recipient didn't receive emails, here following:
- recipient have receive emails in junk folder
- check inbox filter , sort settings
- the email might blocked receiver
- email rules
for better assistance, we'd ask following:
- are using office 365 business? know office product, check here.
- what other troubleshooting steps have tried?
- did make changes outlook , hotmail settings before experiencing issue? if yes, we'd ask additional information.
- is isolated case? if no, how many users affected?
