when want connect hotmail account, says "it looks else might using account". asked receive code on other hotmail mail. when enter code on verification page, not work. tried several times, changed password, still same "it looks like..."

hi, please see image below, red cross cell/box cannot edit ideas why? rest of table ok...  thanks dan hi daniel, if cells on table has locked, can unlock it. can unlock cells , lock specific cells , ranges before protect worksheet. can enable specific users edit specific ranges in protected worksheet. suggest check link on how lock or unlock specific areas of protected worksheet. detailed steps , information provided on link. if have inquiries, feel free post assist accordingly.
