sharepoint online home page https://<tenant>/_layouts/15/sharepoint.aspx displays "we couldn't load activities right now. please try again later" and ice cream cone!

able access other o365 sharepoint sites.

please advise.

to clarify if temporary issue, suggest follow steps see outcome.

1. sign out of work , school account.

2. if using ie, clear ie cache via tools>safety>deleting browser history and reset ie (do similar steps in other browsers).

3. restart computer.

4. re-sign office 365 portal , navigate sharepoint home page.

 

meanwhile, can use browser check outcome , provide screenshots related issue.

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
