windows 10 1703 + outlook 2010 contact export csv(win), - Microsoft Community

system: windows 10 - 1703 (with updates)
app: ms office 2010 - outlook (with updates)

when try export contacts (about 1000 contacts) file, csv(win), outlook stops responding after minute, , failed; 
have close app - outlook forcibly, there *csv created, contacts incomplete;

i used ms office 2010 - outlook many years, there no problems @ in previous windows sys (win 10 - 1607 or / win 7).

this problem occurs after upgrade system win 10 - 1703;

does has similar issue ?

i use outlook major program compile contacts, reason me export them csv import them gmail syn android phones.

i tried uninstall , reinstall office 2010 (outlook), , export contacts csv, seems ok, although took longer time.

yes, export contacts pst file, ok, again takes longer time in win 10 - 1703 in win 10-1607.

the win 10 - 1703 + office 2010 previous sys image recovery, did image recovery pc once month. worked when win7 , win 10 1607, seemed not working win10-1703, office 2010 might corrept during sys image recovery, or incompatible win10-1703.
