    two of colleagues experiencing same issue. in case, both using outlook web app.
    would able resolve said issue?

  please perform following steps check if issue can solved:
   
    - let user choose “yes” when prompts “ stay sign in” while logging on owa.
 - clear cookies , cache of browser.
 - change browser check if issue persists.
 
   
  and if issue persists, narrow down possible cause, need gather more information.
   
    - when signed out, using owa or not? or sign out them regardless of if using it? besides, time when signed out?
 - after signed out, sign in again come work?
 - how long did experience issue?
 - can please collect screenshot of auto signing out page?
 - please provide impacted emails’ domain me in   pm( private message), further check you.
