hi all,
    my client had office 365 installed on computer (desktop version) while company a.  when left company , purchased own o365 licence, uninstalled o365 , reinstalled web portal.
    however, when launches outlook, still shows old email address associated outlook.  when enters new email/password, repeats login box.  has verified can login (new) account information through web   portal.
    i move .ost files folder see if help. didn't.  deleted old email account , added in new company b email account.  hasn't helped.
    how outlook forget old company email , allow him login outlook.  launching word, excel etc works fine , programs show new , current account information.

                see if create new outlook profile if address issue, https://support.office.com/en-us/article/create-an-outlook-profile-f544c1ba-3352-4b3b-be0b-8d42a540459d.    if old profile no longer needed or never need use account again can delete it.  double check before deleting.  not able reconnect old ost again if delete old profile.
