Windows Media Player on Windows 10 can't play VIDEO_TS.IFO files - Microsoft Community

does know when microsoft create codec play these files. exists on previous operating systems, doesn't exist in windows 10 environment? still used format (.ifo/.vob) , windows 10 has been out years.

windows 10 removes lot of licensed codecs. media playback, recommended use third party application such vlc player free.
