can't edit or type on Word - Microsoft Community

signed new e mail address , password, still can not access word. can view templates , documents not able edit or type on it. pink bar pops saying "product notice" telling me activate did hence new e mail , pass word, still nothing!!!

first, please make sure have activated office signing in word licensed work or school account. please sign in office 365 subscription page, make sure you're assigned license named the latest desktop version of office. if not, please contact office 365 admin , assign office 365 proplus or office 365 business license you.

meanwhile, did "unlicensed product"error?

if so, please refer steps listed in support article , check if issue can fixed.
unlicensed product , activation errors in office

if issue remains or if not see, please provide following information:

1. full screenshot of office version.
2. screenshot of error message.

hello, we trying use skype business. tried sign in, , got following error. we followed the  instructions here . used remote connectivity analyzer , failed. we added srv , cname records our dns server, , the  remote connectivity analyzer  passed 4. however, still cannot log skype business, , same error when try. when adding srv records, our dns server did not have place enter service or protocol, entered them in "name" field using following pattern: _service._protocol.domain.com what else wrong? **post transferred skype office skype business better assistance.** seems took little time dns server register new entries. it's working now. Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
