have files in 1 drive when try access them through cell phone not appear

this error can caused several different reasons. 1 of possible reasons files not sync android device. resolve this, suggest try uninstall onedrive app on device. here's how:

1. open settings.
2. select applications.
3. tap manage applications.
4. find and tap onedrive.
5. tap force stop and tap clear data and clear cache.
6. once done, un-install app.
7. now re-install app.

make sure device connected internet syncing won't interrupted.
