microsoft 365 emails - Microsoft Community

i reset computer , kept files.  chose use microsoft edge get  onto internet

i can many of net sites not microsoft 365 mail.

i tried new password , still no luck

i set 1 drive still no luck???

regarding “microsoft 365 mail”, mean outlook web app?

 

if so, please contact administrator in organization , check if office 365 account has exchange online license. without exchange online license, not able access outlook web app.

 

if sure have exchange online license , still unable access outlook web app, please give screenshot of error message analysis.

 

meanwhile, i’d tell licenses used access onedrive business , sharepoint sites aren’t same license accessing outlook web app.
