this issue moving folders in outlook.com needs isolated further provide appropriate resolution. however, somehow related connected accounts have in outlook.com. duplicated folders may appear if have multiple connected accounts. verify issue, kindly provide needed information below:
in meantime, try right-click on email want move select move. check if there duplicated folders selection. if not, try move desired folder , see if appear on said folder.
