hello all,
have office 365 business subscription. set intune account testing purposes, , activated azure active directory premium subscription. today first time experienced issue here is, , occurring on user email accounts when try add them outlook 2016.
essentially when first try add account outlook says, went wrong , outlook couldn't set account. please try again. if problem continues, contact email administrator. email admin, see nothing wrong on exchange side of things, thinking may dns issue because of azure active directory? appreciated.

at first, can use rca(remote connectivity analyzer) test outlook connectivity.

besides, please share more information better assistance?
- may know if using internal dns?
- could please provide screenshot of error message?
- may know os version , outlook version?
- please check if can sign in owa(outlook web app).
