i have 2 e-mail accounts in outlook 2016 desktop application without problems. when access these office 365 using chrome or edge, subfolders in inbox missing. 1 account had them, have gone missing today. other account has never shown them.
also, calendar entries made on office 365 not show in outlook 2016 application on desktop.

and can use outlook web app light check if subfolders in inbox exsits:

notes: if account under pop3, subfolders , calendar entries not synced between outlook web app , outlook client. recommended set email account via exchange mode.
