Outlook freezes when searching - Microsoft Community

hi faizan,
based on description, there hundreds of mails stored in shared mailbox in day , last several years. probable cause, therefore , reinstall, rebuild indexing useless. , users in organization encounter issue . if wrong ,please correct me .
it recommend archive mail . may help. besides ,you can try use advanced searching. may workaround.
