the usual reason error message third-party antivirus program or firewall blocking onedrive in connecting network. assist , isolate issue further, kindly provide information need below:
- kindly confirm if happening using onedrive desktop app or onedrive.com.
- is onedrive business?
- if you're using onedrive.com, have tried using different browser?
- are using third-party antivirus programs? if yes, have tried disabling them , see if helps?
note: antivirus software can protect computer against viruses , other security threats. in cases, shouldn't disable antivirus software. if have temporarily disable install other software, should re-enable you're done. if you're connected internet or network while antivirus software disabled, computer vulnerable attacks.
