i account unfrozen

i have acquired more space , still can not account bring within limits

i can not email onedrive because email frozen

so fix it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

your onedrive account frozen if don’t use account more year, or if exceed onedrive storage limit extended time. recommend use onedrive account @ least once year , stay within storage limit avoid issue. more information, can refer link. since you've mentioned you're unable send email our onedrive support team, suggest contacting our accounts & billing team. able check account. can either give them call or chat 1 of our support representatives.
