some of our clients have outlook.com, hotmail.com, or live.com can't receive second email us. able receive email confirmation not receiving vouchers email.

we confirm, using email address custom domain (ie. business email domain or isp provided domain) sending emails? if so, possible domain proceeding email being blocked once reaches outlook servers or ip being blocked altogether.
