my apple iphone no longer receives hotmail emails.  i, however, receive them on apple desktop.  i went microsoft store wouldn't , employee referred me here.  apple told me hotmail has updated system , need

to speak @ microsoft.  (i used received emails stopped reason.  can help?

this can due email settings on device. better understand concern, we'd know following:

• the email client you're using on iphone.
• if you're able send emails iphone using hotmail account.
• if you're receiving pop-up error messages when using hotmail account on phone.
• the last changes made iphone prior concern.
• if you've made changes hotmail account prior concern.
