Outlook crash, cannot re-open, repair/re-install will not allow - Microsoft Community

i use office 365.  outlook became unresponsive , crashed 3 days ago , cannot reopen program in safe mode or otherwise.  i have navigated control panel , attempted repair office installation.  this results in office being uninstalled.  i re-install office 365, open outlook , same error happens.

description of stages of error when re-opening:

-outlook couldn't start last time. safe mode troubleshoot problem, features might not available in mode.  do want start in safe mode?  (i click yes or no, results same.)

-microsoft outlook has stopped working.  windows checking solution problem... 

-microsoft outlook trying recover information... might take several minutes. 

- microsoft outlook has stopped working.  a problem cause program stop working correctly.  windows close program , notify if solution available. (close program.)

i have tried opening office program, navigating account, office updates, update now.  the program informs me have date installation.  

i downloaded offcat , ran program outlook.  i have list of 9 issues address, however, if cannot outlook open, cannot address of these... or email.

any advice?

me dialog box comes , says issue data in "internet calendar subscription.pst file".  it started yesterday 7/13/17, same day new office update release.  looks repair, says repaired, outlook says program stopped working , has close.

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
