Restore Down button on word is not working - Microsoft Community

used able click in restore button in word , document minimize half screen. doesn't happen anymore, document stays same size. not able corners make smaller. how can fix this?

it's possible have "restore down" size same maximized size, making difficult or impossible grab edge or corner mouse. when happens, there's keyboard-only method resizing window.

press alt key , spacebar , release both. opens small menu in top left corner. press s key activate size command, , cursor change four-way arrow. next, press 1 of 4 arrow keys -- left arrow moves cursor left edge of window, arrow moves top, , on.

now can use either arrow keys or mouse drag selected edge toward center of screen. press enter key set edge @ current location , exit size command. @ point may able grab corner, or can use size command again move edge.

an alternative use move command on same menu, pressing arrow keys moves window down , sideways. once corner comes view, can use mouse resize window.

hello, we trying use skype business. tried sign in, , got following error. we followed the  instructions here . used remote connectivity analyzer , failed. we added srv , cname records our dns server, , the  remote connectivity analyzer  passed 4. however, still cannot log skype business, , same error when try. when adding srv records, our dns server did not have place enter service or protocol, entered them in "name" field using following pattern: _service._protocol.domain.com what else wrong? **post transferred skype office skype business better assistance.** seems took little time dns server register new entries. it's working now. working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
