i wish share office 365 family member has office 365 installed on new win 10 dell computer, one-month trial. can't invitation him share purchased office 365 subscription work properly. has set microsoft account, , office 365 account shows can share 4 other people (even though it's 1 month trial). i sent invitation email office 365 account. got email, , clicked accept. followed instructions said click install office 365. after few minutes said set complete. in fact, he's not sharing office subscription, , account still indicates himself can share 4 other people. he's still under one-month trial period, , 1 terabyte of storage not available. on looking in office account, says invitation hasn't been accepted, though clicked accept. i've tried cancelling invitation , re-inviting, same result. is problem office software set 1 month trial, , therefore unable share else's subscription? would have wait until trial expi...

i having problem with  hotmail in microsoft's edge browser in windows 10, when try send e-mail, first comes error message, e-mail can not sent, do's send e-mail's, multiples of same message, 8 of same e-mail message @ 1 time, body no fix. other browser's works fine, no problem, microsoft edge has problem. cheer's   moved from: outlook.com / email / connecting outlook.com apps hi meg, we appreciate effort in providing details issue. however, come proper resolution, ask more information further isolate concern: since when have been experiencing issue? is first time encountered in microsoft edge? what troubleshooting steps have done far? we forward response. hotmail/outlook freezes regularly throughout day. i've had laptop , software checked; there no problems. solution close down , restart. there  has better solution. hi, this can caused several reasons. possible server connection having issue. can consider possibility browser using causing this. identify cause of error, know following information: have tried using different browser , see if issue exists? were prompted error messages? if yes, can please specify? which version of windows using? we keen on hearing you.
