we continuously experience issues uses complaining shared mailboxes unresponsive or slow in outlook using o365.  typically not cached , running in online mode, first though network connectivity issues.  i've referenced technet article on several occasions i've not been able determine our cause.  technet link pulling outlook connection test recent user avg proc , avg resp following: mailbox   -   avg resp (4hr later)   -   avg proc (4hr later) personal box   -   123 (176)   -   24 (37) shared mailbox   -   2072 (1856)   -   31 (63) there never large amount of fails, don't believe it's in relationship connection being lost.  i'm curious next step in troubleshooting might be, i've read port exhaustion i'm not part of our networking team i'd provide them documentation in reference or proof....
