MP4s not working in Sway - Microsoft Community

hi! 

i uploaded mp4 sway. seemed work fine initially, when try play sway error message "sorry, sway can't load 1 or more videos"

the video recorded in camtasia , produced 960 x 720 smart player. file 11 mb. i'm using sway in browser part of office 365.

any suggestions?

thank update. since have tried clearing browsing history , using inprivate browsing when attempting insert mp4 video in sway, suggest resetting internet explorer. note: there's possibility favorites refreshed well. so, follow steps on link. may embed video in sway, kindly follow workaround here. article provided how embed content in sway , supported sites.

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
