we use s4b , having problems outlook resources. have following scenario: the outlook resource (meeting room) has an ad account. account logged in, on a fixed pc within meeting room. users can go room , press "join" on scheduled s4b meeting (outlook not used in room, s4b). works of time.   here's problem: user creates meeting invite embedded s4b link , invites user b. user b needs book meeting room , forwards meeting resource. the resource sends accept/decline response user depending on availability, doesn't accept/decline meeting , appears in tentative state in calendar (allowing double bookings). creating parallel meeting not work, original embedded s4b link needs stay embedded in order picked on resource pc. otherwise end 2 different skype links. there solutions this? i.e. copying embedded skype link parallel meeting same embedded link, or allow resource calendar handle forwarded meetings correctly? in advance!

hi everyone i love presenter view - it's amazing.  it's useful being able view notes slides on laptop screen and having delegates can see slides without notes on main screen. however...i'm systems trainer.  have switch out of powerpoint demo other programs - ie, word, excel etc. fair bit , quickly switch slides provide additional info etc.  i used skip in , out of presentations on regular basis using alt+ tab keys.  however, when try alt+tab when using presenter view, can switch other programs on laptop monitor.  display delegates remains on slides only. what's easiest , quickest way switch out program on delegate's screen (ideally mirrored laptop screen have view of program too) while retaining place in slides in presenter view in powerpoint window?  thanks emily see steps here:  https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/msoffice_powerpoint-mso_other/how-do-i-toggle

i've been trying locate concrete answer on , have yet find one.... breakdown: i've had hotmail account on 10 years. use not often. logged in today locate important email (yes, sigh, know shouldn't keep important info in free email account, here are!) , took me outlook. had no trouble logging in/did not need reset password etc.; however, emails , folders going on decade gone. other info: -i did not accidentally delete these emails/they not appear recoverable 'deleted' folder, per se. i've been sent link re: 'how recover accidentally deleted files' dozen times. not issue. -i can't remember last time logged in, (not more year, though, imagine), perhaps it's possible account may have been made 'inactive.' -i have 'added' hotmail account outlook, , can see emails sent hotmail address going 1 year. my question(s): -am missing re: how access old emails , folders in hotmail via outlook?

i have been using app 1 year , have never had issue.  last night started seeing message says 'downloading app update. may take few minutes.'  has been stuck there , can't open new emails come in.  can see new emails if try open them read received message states 'error: request can't completed right now.  please try again later.'  have deleted app , downloaded again problem still exists.  thoughts? hi kathy, for situation, please try following methods give shot: 1. keep devices (outlook client, owa) configured same account using in owa iphone closed temporarily. remove account owa iphone , re-add it. 2. make sure iphone os version newly updated. if not, upgrade it.  3. change wi-fi 3g/4g, vice versa.  if possible, may try iphone see if improvement. can identify whether issue related app. regards, alan Office / O

specs: microsoft outlook mac  version 15.4, office 365 subscription macbook pro laptop, newly wiped , running macoa high sierra version 10.13.1 isp provider:  charter (now spectrum) i can receive emails fine.  when go send simple test email, says "connecting securely mobile.charter.net" , comes error message "connection server failed or dropped". i worked 45 minutes yesterday outlook support person, whom gave control of laptop to.  in end, told me go isp (spectrum).  since can send , receive emails spectrum.net, said not problem. we tried: -overriding default outgoing server port:  making 587, 25 or leaving 465 -changing password mail account -under "more options": authentication 1) use incoming server information  or 2)user name , pw (and yes, full email address here) we can outlook 2016 use gmail account succesfully. i can connect on iphone using same incoming/outgoing mail service (mobile.charter.n
