if have automatic response on such out of office etc, trigger read receipt if sending me email has set request? no, out of office isn't "read". you can turn off read receipts in options in outlook.com avoid issue. Outlook.com / Email / Sending, receiving, and reading email

yes heard new sounds 1 of builds office 2016 overwrote old sounds disappeared on next build ahhhhh. it sounds cool better sounds 2000 series. also overrides sounds in windows 10. tech support aware of new sounds in next build. Office / Unknown/other / Windows 10 / Office 2016

hello,  i have managed setup new outlook android app liking, there 2 rather annoying points couldn't find solution here. i use exclusively outlook work email (ms exchange). i'm using: - pc: windows 10, outlook 2016 - phone: android, ms outlook app my outlook on pc works fine. when reply message in android app, conversation grouping broken (both in app , in desktop once syncs). there workaround that? also, didn't manage change font in new android app arial calibri (so messages both pc , android same recipient). there way that? many in advance!  Office / Outlook / Android phone & tablet / Office Mobile apps

using o-365 on mac. every time open e-mail attachment office file, opens read only. there way open editing? no, not allowed open email attachments because of new restrictions imposed apple called "sandboxing." you first save file location before can make edits. i have outlook 2016. microsoft pumping creating groups instead of distribution lists. but makes no sense... i share common task 3 other internal employees, in 1 of must send out daily e-mail list of 5 external contacts. if each maintain our own personal "distribution list" not synced , changes made one, not reflect changes of three. so thought groups solve this...but: we create group, , way can add external users owa, have to join group.  want them on shared, updateable distribution list 3 share, can send daily email. they not in "collaboration" us, need come our sharepoint site, or etc., need email. i saw "in cloud" distribution list in exchange, there no way add external users. this should extremely easy, not me. there should 3 categories: 1. personal distributions 2. shared distributions 3, groups collaboration and in mind, collaboration allowed should customizable. any ideas on how
