curious subsription with/about ms home office since purchased it. had issues computer after did buy , cocstco concierge had me things , never able use , approx 2 weeks ago re-set computer , semi-wiped it; therefore settings aren't quite  the same , therefore i've not yet been able use service. also, layout different when purchased dell reset things too. so. i've missed out on this. cortana isn't in bottom left corner had been.....sooooo please? may under incorrect heading/title...any suggestons welcomed. we continuously experience issues uses complaining shared mailboxes unresponsive or slow in outlook using o365.  typically not cached , running in online mode, first though network connectivity issues.  i've referenced technet article on several occasions i've not been able determine our cause.  technet link pulling outlook connection test recent user avg proc , avg resp following: mailbox   -   avg resp (4hr later)   -   avg proc (4hr later) personal box   -   123 (176)   -   24 (37) shared mailbox   -   2072 (1856)   -   31 (63) there never large amount of fails, don't believe it's in relationship connection being lost.  i'm curious next step in troubleshooting might be, i've read port exhaustion i'm not part of our networking team i'd provide them documentation in reference or proof.  there other tests can run in order diagnose cause of problem?  has been present shared mailboxes of sizes under 1gb 10+

hello all!  have searched web try , figure answer problem, no avail. have form need printed. it's formatted our needs @ work. what have done far created layout, inserted text fields , connected "merge" excel file word document.  when click on "preview" mail merge, looks fine. when print out however, word text prints, not data fields blank (not in preview, in printout.) quick rundown:  excel columns this:   date / day / data1 / data2 / data3, etc etc each row separate date. ------ in word created "form letter" text boxes filled data in spreadsheet. since each row separate date, need new page created per date (ie if have 5 rows of data, there should 5 printed pages days' data filled in. ------- when preview merge, looks good. "complete mail merge" , things still good... when try , print, blank, formatted word document prints none of data fields filled in. **greatly**

i installed onedrive mac on vintage 2008 mac pro computer.  this new installation created "onedrive mac folder" on machine.  office 365 mac (including outlook 365) installed on machine.  after installing onedrive mac, dutifully copied of data (including main profile of outlook 2016) new "onedrive mac folder". outlook 2016 of course still looks @ original main profile on machine, instead of main profile in new "onedrive mac folder". how instruct outlook 2016 main profile in newly created "onedrive mac folder", instead of previous location of main profile on same disk drive? i'm hoping has encountered need before me.  i've been searching hours , still have not found answer directly on point.  any ideas appreciated. thank you. use windows 10 operating system , have office 365 home subscription installed.  in outlook program when open emails , need go , refer emails have disappeared.  opened email , had go print attachment , email gone.  not in trash or draft folder non existent.  there fix this?   hi pam, there's instance when you're looking @ mailbox via filtered view or via unread mail search folder , have option configured automatically mark emails read after x seconds, happen messages automatically disappear when marked read. if in (unread mail) search folder, switch normal inbox folder , see if items there. if in inbox folder already, make sure view not set “unread messages in folder” or have filter applied view. meanwhile, suggest check link , follow steps provided resolution. let's see if helps. let know if address concern.
