outlook 2016 has started making clicking noise every click. it's maddening , can't find anywhere how turn off. still want sound email & calendar notifications. don't want here annoying click every time use mouse. how make stop?! doesn't happen in other office program, or anywhere else on pc. on windows 7. try these 2 - 1. there possibility add-in causing problem. rule out, start outlook in safe mode. hold ctrl key , click on outlook icon. don't leave ctrl key, till asks confirmation safe mode. 2. login windows new profile rule out problem in windows profile. any idea when "sign in as" in skype business not working anymore ? it 'remembered' status  had when signed out last time. not more, after every login automatically switched 'available', if use manual option "to sign in 'away'". skype enterprise 2016 mso (16.0.8201.2213) - 32 bit part of office 365 regards, ducmans omg.... i solved it. testing 'test account' made me realize must locally on laptop started check installed software...  turns out installed plantronics hub application headset somewhere has setting called 'aware microsoft' updates status when in phone conversation. apparently changes status 'available' when not in conversation ! after switching setting 'off' working as  expected again. sorry confusion , time. regards, ducmans Office / Sk

hi all apologies if i'm missing super obvious. downloaded latest version of word ios (v.2.5). in "what's new?" box 1 of new features described "view page want: see thumbnail previews while scroll" (as per attached screenshot). however, can't see sign of happening when scroll, or option turn on. know can find feature? i've been hoping ages ms implement way of navigating long documents , useful. hi,  i'm not sure how happened, order of bullets changed on me in word. no longer have solid black dot bullet first option in bullet list. instead, have hallowed out square bullet. how change default black dot?  the reason it's frustrating because i'm not mouse person. need tab twice default button using keyboard , i'm making kinds of mistakes. thanks in advance! do following restore factory defaults bullet formats in word: exit program, locate listgal.dat file , delete it. restart word. note have display hidden files , folders in file explorer before search listgal.dat. i have been using groove music player on surface pro 3 playing locally stored music. however, have run problem 1 of mp3 files, groove cutting off displayed album art. album art displayed 20% of top, ends , filled solid color. have tried using groove find album art, still doesn't fix problem. have tried using groove manually pick out album art file have. have tried using 3rd party mp3 tagging software , groove still exact same thing. i'm not sure why it's doing this particular mp3. when editing mp3 tags via groove, in window shows entire album art, not when playing or viewing album in album view. is there make work correctly?
