outlook 2016 (home business) on windows 7 pro (64 bit) os. have succesfully set imap account , work 1 2 months. hotmail.com account starts has synchronised no new emails come in. current ost size approximately 1.5gb. i have hotmail.co.uk address, configured in same way. current ost size in excess of 2.2gb. still working correctly , has never malfunctioned. to date have carried out follows: rebuilt hotmail.com imap account on pc 3x. ensured updates in , accounted for. reset , repaired outlook 2016. re-added hotmail.com account , carried out scanpst actions. none of these have worked. throughout of the 2 hotmail.co.uk address, coming in different ost files on same outlook have performed without issues. ipad , iphones , other media contniue receive , display without issue. please note issue noted in outlook 2013. please advise on how resolve permanently. thanks, andy its not clear whether saying have

folks driving me crazy.   when open word document associated excel document merge "this file needs opened excel workbook text converter, etc, etc, etc.  select ok , wait.  "open workbook" window pops up.    says "open document in workbook".  select "sheet1".  not put in cell range (it asks that) , click ok.   word doc open up.   have go "select recipients" in word.   select excel document information wish merge.  same message comes up!!!  "this file needs opened the......    (by way list of recipients never pops up)   @ point can merge.   when preview results (in word) can see each name hit right arrow button.  i have done had suggests nothing rid of message.   cannot ms patch this??? each main mail merge document (letter, label, etc.) associated data source file of sort. association remains in effect unless user chooses specify different source same document.

recently have seen of messages range of lists ending in junk folder. cannot seem to able mark these safe have addresses in formats - john xxx <*** email address removed privacy ***>; on behalf of; john xxx<*** email address removed privacy ***>.  outlook.com seems recognise the *** email address removed privacy *** part , not on behalf part.  , there no point in adding @mail202.atl101.mcdlv.net domain safe sender list numbers change each mailout. i did try use wildcards have since learnt wildcards not work in safe sender lists.  reasons cannot understand, has become big headache me - previous few of these being "junked" find have to manual move 10  such messages junk each day (i subscribe quite few mailing lists). is there workaround this? believe people have been complaining lack of wildcard recognition years has never been fixed.  worse happening algorithm seems have become more hostile such messages!

i have large presentation cobbled 9 smaller presentations. on 400 slides in total. purpose of large presentation generating book. unfortunately, result looks horrible, more when publishing pdf. slides not @ same place on pages, slides partially cover notes, unable create consistent headers. on pdf, notes fit page in powerpoint spread on 2 pages, , both slides , notes not horizontally centered moved close right margin. i tried improve situation notes master. when modify notes master, however, there no effect on notes. when select reapply notes master, slide disappears, leaving blank space above notes. i created blank presentation , copied slides it, unfortunately copied (mis)formatting of notes pages. is there way: to have notes master override whatever notes page formatting exists on slide ? and without deleting slide? or: copy slides new presentation without notes format? or there other suggestions how publish acceptable-looking book la
