my employer uses office 365 our business email. access using outlook 2013.  after moving folders around in mailbox, new sub-folder created under inbox name of 1 of folders had been moving (the folder moving not under inbox, nor moving under inbox). did not create new folder under inbox. i can delete folder created 3 - 4 minutes after deleting it, reappear in folder list. have tried deleting via webmail (owa) problem persists , after few minutes re-created again. i've tried creating , deleting other folders under inbox , correctly removed. however, every time delete particular folder reappears. after deletion, moved deleted items must deleting new copy reappear in inbox again.  i tried renaming folder (e.g. "test" "test1") when second folder created under inbox original name (so end 2 sub-folders, e.g. 1 named "test" , other "test1"). ideas on how can remove folder appreciated.  thank you

hi, it today more 1 month have trouble microsoft email domains 1 specific ip.  the context: i manage 40 servers including 8 emails. used transactional emails. sending rate around 2 mails per minutes per server. all have sender score between 96 , 99, , monitored through sdns service. however, 1 ip, emails going spam folder hotmail, live, outlook, etc users. others fai trusting ip. have reduced total of outgoing emails day 800, snds indicates between 200 , 300 day. the problem: this ip compliant microsoft policies. dmarc, dkim, spf, spamassassin, domain reputation, etc. showing pass everywhere. but, within snds, ip marked red days/weeks though complaints rate showing below 0.1%. i filled in form ask mitigation many times (8 honest), never got answers when changing spelling or ip range. i appreciate if bring me light or solve issue. thank you hi,   question outside scope of site (for consumers)

hello, i'm having problem on outlook 2016 , how receives emails native ios mail app on iphone.  when send email iphone contains photos work email open in outlook, outlook receives email , displays images inline in email. there no option "save attachments" , have individually save each photo, becomes time consuming when 20 photos sent client.  when send same email gmail account, images received , download option becomes available. , when send photos gmail outlook, outlook displays attachments , save option available. the issue seems way outlook receiving ios mail message, , since ios e-mails displayed on other services must problem on outlook's end when receiving mail ios mail (as gmail had no problem both ways). there way adjust settings multiple attachments can downloaded, or attachments don't show inline? thank you. hi mk62692,   we cannot insert image ios mail directly.

i had synching problem gmail account added outlook 2013.  deleted account , when went re-add can't add outlook.  following error message: https//support.google.com/mail/accounts/answer/78754 (failure).  have tried enabling imap , following other gmail directions still not progress. do? <moved from outlook.com  /  email  /  adding email accounts > in gmail web settings have enable both imap , 'less secure apps'  and have 2 step verification turned on? when first install outlook in past (before office 2016/365) given framiliar auto account setup wizard. when office 365 first deployed @ begining of 2017 @ our facilities there new box came up, said welcome outlook. in lower right hand corner of box/window there blue text if clicked it took same wizard saw in day. now since oct update (could oct win 10 update or oct office update, not sure) brought new welcome outlook window has different options. not have click advanced options , check box setup account manually, have click on bunch of other stuff , put in password ect. this all worked in 3 clicks before. this not acceptable expect end user go through - can not figure out. i looking way manage without causing headache end users 365 has been working without problems on number of systems here, last few years, although since use ex , imap accounts there has been no need manual setup. there has been no issues

 i use icloud default contact folder.   have created many contact groups in icloud.  i can see contact groups in outlook ribbon menu, can not find way access group when want sent microsoft email group.    in microsoft group name shows email , when click on it populates contacts.    what have use icloud contact groups? first, sent out email distribution list=contact group contained 60 addresses. 10 bounced back.  of addresses correct.  when sent 1 message each of 10 using address book, 1 went through, no bounces. except one. that 1 keeps bouncing.  details folder attached has message: diagnostic-code: smtp; 554 5.7.1 [p4] message blocked due spam content in message. the message contains no attachments, short message in body.  i sent message via comcast website, , seems have gone through.  has not bounced yet, on 20 minutes, assume not bouce back. first, why did original 10 bounce?  second why 1 message bounce? this has never happened me before; have used outlook since 1999.  note on drop down menus under email:  don't think there microsoft office 365 home.  have individual package 7 applications. hi, the reason of getting bounce email messages depend on error messages receive. need additional inf
