hi, i have created archive , moved inbox , sent items mails regularly. afterwards, reinstalled os , opened archive file(.pst) in outlook 2013. there part of mails, ones archived in first place. but there 1.9 gb file without file extension in folder of .pst file. scanpst.exe can fix , detected there around 2,000 mails in it. i believed file contains mails moved in archive manually. would please suggest me how extract mails in file? hello, i have 60 templates team needs use. kept in library on sharepoint not allowed edited (no other documents added here) 5 other divisions grab templates , create documents kept in own team site libraries.  adding them 60 individual form items not option (where have them in drop down when go file>new. i need them kept in library area list of documents in .dotx format when people working on documents, need still linked location retain formatting. the issue experiencing if document has multiple authors , emailed each author add information, formatting becomes corrupt - numbered subtitles change format , lose numbers. i'm guessing because link template becomes lost once opened sharepoint? hi all, we have applied kb3213656 our office 2016 environment in order fix outlook spell check issue mentioned in kb article. have since noticed has broken tables in both word , outlook. if merge 2 or more cells, long @ least 2 of cells in different rows, resultant cell becomes unusable.  you cannot click it, type or right click it. unless merge includes top row. but that's not all! if open existing document has cells have been merged previously. of cells appear blank. doesn't matter view use in word. i have checked styles/indenting , it's cells empty...uninstalling hotfix fixes issue immediately, we're doing (tables more important , few clicks in spell check) my question is: has 1 else noticed this? cant seem find else same issue online. there workaround or obvious fix i'm missing? we're using office 2016 (not click run) x86 on windows 10 x64 thanks in advance! prett

hi, i trying move onenote files work windows laptop macbook. tried synch them personal onedrive account login on mac , download kept facing synch errors. work around this, located onenote files on laptop , manually uploaded them onedrive through webpage, on mac logged in onedrive, right clicked each notebook , clicked 'open in onenote'. for 50% of notebooks, fine , synched perfectly. other 50%, sections downloaded, , others empty , come message "we ran problem syncing notebook. this day 2 of trying set email, after number of phone calls have resulted in problem not being fixed. microsoft current host email through microsoft exchange. first had trouble searching mails.  resolved (in thread, thanks!) - after indexing entire outlook can search mails.  but can stil not search contacts. in people view, when enter search term says "searching..." - , nothing happens. actually, in mails , in calendar, when type search term, need click "find more on server" search anywhere. but in people line not available click, may why stalls. if click "indexing status" opens small window saying "loading..." - , nothing happens @ least half hour. oddly, in calendar toolbar, group named "find", , in mail, "find", can type name in box "search people" - , finds contacts! not in "people" view... hianders, according description, have tried rebuld indexing in outlook. further make sure outlook client potential issues can fixed, suggest run quick repair said in following article. https
