i didn't notice until downloaded emails today.  a few showed in inbox instead of folder supposed to.  (created rule move emails folder in question.) when looked, folder gone in outlook (office 365). i recreated folder , outlook started download emails on server in folder. about hour later, got email should have filtered folder in question, didn't.  it went inbox.  i checked, , folder gone again.  i realized folder missing in outlook.  that's 2 folders created when installed outlook last week missing. any ideas on why 1 folder keeps disappearing? i believe able resolved.  2 disappearing folders have stayed last couple days. what had create new folders in outlook different names.  sync outlook email server make them appear on server.  on website, move emails original the folders created outlook download them me.  deleted "bad" folders server.   so far no problems.

split thread. i have problem also.  when error message (  "word cannot open existing global template [normal.dotm]"), i can delete , recreate normal.dotm no problems (located at  ~/library/group containers/ubf8t346g9.office/user content/templates) , stop working after day or two. since have few (10 or so) custom keyboard commands need, have re-add them template every time. work-around: store keyboard shortcuts in different template. put template in word startup folder load automatically add-in. this rather long story, please bear me, trying friend problem. she has had hotmail account many years, uses outlook.com webmail , uses onedrive storage of documents. hasn’t used own photos far. between have account set of shared folders include photos, , has uploaded pictures shared area on many occasions. recently wanted put set of photos personal onedrive use ipad show them elderly mother. however, on uploading images not visible through ipad onedrive app – merely show generic grey mountain icon, , tapping on produced ‘what want item’ options instead of displaying photo. so looked @ onedrive through browser on pc , displays image icons rather images themselves. clicking here results in offer download etc rather standard immediate view of full picture. after lots of testing can report following: 1. photos jpgs. sources vary some taken iphone, sent friend email , saved pc email some taken friend on own iphone , uploaded pc via icloud some old o

hello i'm missing files onedrive folders. folder structure visible, files inside them not. this problem on onedrive.live.com desktop windows 10 know it's not sync problem. there nothing in recycle bin relating of these missing files. there hundreds of files missing. not folders empty, folders i've used more present , correct.  what going on? has onedrive lost these files, , there way them back, need them!!!! please help thanks hi rosie, the issue due onedrive sync engine corruption. let's resolve performing steps below: press windows key + r to open run window . in run window enter following: %localappdata%\microsoft\onedrive\onedrive.exe /reset click ok .  onedrive system tray icon on desktop should disappear , re-appear after minute or two. if onedrive system tray icon not re-appear after few minutes, following.  in run window enter:         %localappdata%\microsoft\one

my wife having account , trying reset password. unfortunately same used username personal laptop windows 10. however when text contact option chosen see error on 2 weeks now.
