i new outlook 2016.  after setting on new computer find every time move email 1 folder or delete email moved on webmail, other computer , phone.  how stop happening.  need devices behave independently. thank you. d that's not going happen if have outlook.com or other exchange mail account devices in sync. see/have on 1 device replicated across devices. to have devices behaving independently, same mail account makes no sense. domain associated email has changed.  how backup email , calendar , re-associate new domain name? hi jsb_1118, at first, if organization keep old domain, don’t have change account. based on description, may want associate new domain. can change domain . since account office 365 account , don’t have emails , calendar. if old domain kept, recommend don't remove old email address. can configure alias. can still receive emails sent old email address, can’t send emails via alias. besides, if using skype business, need reschedule skype business meetings, , need tell external contacts update contact information you. , should update username in apps use, outlook, onedrive, , mobile apps. if want email , calendar, can export pst file . , can import it , if need. and if still have question, can tell me. i’d assist. regards , carlos  Office /

the font of word 2016 looks ugly comparised vscode . i want know how adjust settings of word 2016 pretty well my os version windows 10 1709  hi, configuring display scaling or turning on cleartype can make text sharper , easier read. may perform these methods smooth fonts. method 1: open microsoft office installation folder. right-click on word icon. select properties . click on compatibility tab. under settings, select disable display scaling on high dpi settings . click apply > ok . method 2: use cleartype text tuner. on search box, type adjust cleartype text , click on result. select or tick box on turn on cleartype > next . if have multiple monitors, asked if want tune monitors now, click next . windows check if monitor set native resolution, click next . you'll asked select text you're comfortable reading > next . click finish . feel free post should need further a
