when bought computer years ago, , came ms office installed. opened computer again access old files , wants product key use files made using office, again, came installed on computer. cannot find product key anymore, many years ago , office working on computer, never thought until now. i want access old files made in office 2010 being held hostage, because email associated account different (i tried few old ones remember), , not have product key, cannot use computer's version of office, nor can install 365 or whatever telling me should use access files. what on earth do? have been trying find answers, have been going around in constant frustrating circles , not finding useful. why asking here. hoping help. :/ can provide screenshot or exact error message you're getting? what type of offcie app trying access? usually, office files exel, word etc can copied , opened newer version of office. no need

hi  i having issue word printing pictures in document, no others.  there appears no logical (that can discover) reason or pattern pictures decides print , not. background: exporting adobe illustrator.  tiff files, tried jpegs. file sizes range 1-10mb. word prints small , big files - no pattern.  no relationship esolution of image has been identified either.  files 150dpi, prints @ 300dpi not others. below of things have tried reading various forums. turned on "print drawings created in word" box turned off "show picture placeholders" tried printing different printer , printing directly pdf (using adobe) tried both embedding , linking picture tried tiff , jpeg coping paint , re-saving  jpeg started new document re-installed  video card drivers tried different versions of office (2010, 2013, 2016) reinstalled office 2010, 2013, 2016 tried 3 different computers same files tried variations of picture placement (in line t

tried "find , replace" dialog box, couldn't find it. in word 2010, use alt+ctrl+home display browse object dialog , select tables item.  can use double headed arrows @ bottom of vertical scroll bar move 1 table in document next. Office / Word / Windows 10 / Office 2010

using office 2010 on microsoft surface 4 pro (windows 10).  nearly 100 users have same setup, 1 has symptom , cannot replicate issue anywhere else.  have reinstalled, repaired, replaced custom.dic, , checked settings in proofing...to no avail. symptom: in word (and outlook), when spellcheck launched, ignore once button replaced undo edit.  only undo edit , cancel available use.  if click undo edit, spellcheck works normally.  searches show fix later version of office not 2010.   any idea causing and/or solution? hi, need identify what's causing "ignore once" button disappear , replaced "undo edit" button in outlook 2010 , word 2010. can check if "ignore once" button appear if spell check sentence misspelled word? also, can provide screenshot showing "undo edit" button appeared in spell checker? i'm stumped. use document properties capture document's file path paste hyperlink. i'm finding files, saved on local pc instead of network location, missing file path under file>info. how darken printed words ? 76 , having hard time reading print. hi jack, there several methods can make texts easier read. if it's particularly on viewing page, such msn, or web content, can enlarge texts zooming in. simultaneously press ctrl , plus sign ( + ) zoom in page. although steps may differ depending on browser or program using. if having troubles reading texts everywhere on computer, may need adjust cleartype setting typing "cleartype" on search pane of desktop, choose adjust cleartype text , follow prompt. if there's else, feel free let know.
