i created account can post in here.  here's problem:   *  started when couldn't delete empty folders in outlook 2007 desktop program.  *  went online , saw post outlook needed access account via web (something don't recall ever doing; if did, long ago don't remember).  long can remember, have accessed outlook email (which created through godaddy years ago) via outlook 2007 on laptop.  don't ever recall logging in on microsoft site!   *  said wasn't recognizing password / login info.  went through verification process asks wayyyyy many questions (as mentioned before) haven't answered in years!  enter should be, returns saying wasn't correct , microsoft blocked me out of account.   *  went through reset password process @ least (3) times.  when go log in, i'm getting messages beginning -- website isn't recognizing login.   biggest problem because of this:  cannot access business email via outlook 200

i have been trying attach files email not different ones attach every day keep getting message: "the following files couldn't attached:   "e.g. file name" please try again later."  has been going on 2 days. these files have never had compressed before.   has changed or there fix problem? thanks janet hi, normally, issue occurs because attachment exceeds message size limit. since mentioned you've tried compressing files , still having same issue, we'd ask additional information provide appropriate resolution: • issue occur in particular format of attachments? •are using windows 10 mail app or outlook app? • what's file size , file extension of attachment? • since when have been experiencing issue? • did make changes computer prior issue? we'll waiting response. hello everybody, my name fernando , system administrator.  our company using office365 online exchange system. i have several applications must authenticate against smtp.office365.com or smtp.outlook.com in order send emails (backup applications, servicedesk application, web applications...) lately not able authenticate against smtp servers, , so, emails not being sent. this starting impact our business because our clients not getting response our automated tools. i have been able detect applications able authenticate (barely) , when end authenticating against: [string].eurprd07.prod.outlook.com if other server handles authentication, answer authentication unsuccessful. here list of servers not letting authenticate: authentication unsuccessful [vi1p193ca0011.eurp193.prod.outlook.com] authentication unsuccessful [he1pr0901ca0050.eurprd09.prod.outlook.com] authentication unsuccessful [db6pr0601ca0024.eurprd06.prod.outlook.

hello,  this becoming annoying trait of using my  outlook.com   account. every time travel abroad, frequently, my  outlook.com  account blocked… other email addresses (e.g. gmail) remain active without problem… now, can’t seem unblock although put in correct password. annoying , frustrating.  you can see travels in last few months connected my  outlook.com  account in various countries in asia , europe , every time access outlook.com blocks security reasons.. travel pattern not solution using outlook.com... still every time auto reply block access sign in somewhere else… problem cannot sign in again, now. reply below email. seems fine, on mac pro , apple mail won't let me sign in again reason.. can please here re-set settings when traveling abroad, won't email blocked... discouraging , time consuming using  outlook.com . please reset don’t have these warning signs , blocking of outlook email account.  thanks in advance.  h
