for past several weeks, have been getting repeated occurrences of error message number -17193 reads, "the total attachment size exceeds limit. try removing 1 or more attachments before saving or sending." i had sent email attachment big. got error message. deleted email either outbox, sent, or drafts folder. however, outlook keeps trying resend message , generates error message. when put outlook offline, email not appear in outbox. while offline, sent test email did appear in outbox when ran apple script: tell application "microsoft outlook" delete every message of outbox end tell it deleted test mail sent, did not resolve issue of message above. the message stuck , resends every 10-15 minutes no way delete it.  your assistance appreciated. try deleting exchange account in outlook, , redefine exchange account. take time complete. hi, i installed office 16 version 16.0.7726.1049 64-bits using school account, , every app working fine, except onedrive business. counsellor master dissertation has shared folder me on sharepoint site of university. when try sync shared folder local computer, while logged in onedrive school account, gives following error: "this library can no longer synchronized application. sync these files, use latest onedrive application" however, onedrive sync map sharepoint ( as associated icon of sharepoint in right corner of folder icon), , others files i've uploaded myself. so, seems make connection sharepoint, fails sync shared folder. counsellor did not give permissions parent folders, i'm not sure how relevant is.  i read there have been problems regarding onedrive business, can't seem grab hold on specific problem i'm having, , whether or not there solution provided microsoft.  thanks in advance. greetings, laure

dear microsoft, for long time i've used outlook.com account access online calendar windows 10 desktop (as windows 10 desktop calendar not have functionality required subscribe calendar itself). recently noticed wasn't getting notifications on desktop windows 10 calendar items online calendar. try , fix i've tried removing , re-subscribing online calendar via outlook.com account. none of events subscribed calendar show in outlook.com calendar (and none of them synchronize desktop). i've tried changing url online calendar, , still none of them work. if create single, one-off event, displays fine. of events in subscribed online calendar recurring events. imported once, earlier morning, try , debut notifications had remove calendar again , if re-add none of them appear. this must problem outlook.com. if functionality wasn't available, wouldn't work intermittently. please investigate , provide solution? victoria

hey, have weird issue. whenever working in ms word document , click share -> email pdf attachment, mailbox settings changed. when 2 things happen:  1. changes editor style html plain text.  2. doesn't insert signature.  3. when send it, stores sent e-mail in folder sent items folder. is known issue? have office 365 (2016 version) if need more details, i'll provide them gladly. thanks in advance! hi. sorry late response. problem still ongoing. have found way around it. solution isnt required more. changed way export pdf word. hello, i have office 2016 , 365 account , haven't had issues months. after last office update have issues skype busienss notifications , history written in cyrilic, shows encoded , not readable. my office version 1707 build 8326.2052, skype business 2016 mso (16.0.8326.2052). if open such message conversation history , change encoding utf-8 become readable, still not correct encodings in it. so far haven't managed undersnand how fix it. please let me know should fix or how can uninstall latest updates. in past possible unisntall office update, i'm not able find how. my windows 10 enterprise. regards current build 8229.2103 . before revert office click-to-run installation, should disable automatic updates. make sure don't miss future updates, set reminder manually check future versions. when new version becomes available, , if new version doesn't exhibit same issue experienc
