2011 Word Custom Keyboard Shortcuts Don't Work on Word 2016 - Microsoft Community

my keyboard command shortcuts tracing way ms word 6 not work on word 2016 mac.  this reason don’t use microsoft word 2016.  this because first time since can remember in "word upgrade" history, custom keyword commands did not transfer.  this forces me start over.  which don’t want , reason don’t use word 2016.

assume customizations stored in old normal.dotm file in word 2011. if have access file, see if can load add-in putting in word startup folder. not know assume can set under word advanced preferences (file locations).

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
