Office 365 - Outlook is resizing the degrading signature images - Microsoft Community

hi, 

we using image outlook signature, .png.

it looks great when viewed in photos, or image viewer.

except when put outlook signature, resized , becomes blurred. when email "replied to" becomes worse. 

can please tell me recommended specs of signature files in outlook 365?

based on test on outlook 2016 both version 1708 , 1710 on outlook web app picture provide, cannot reproduce problem blurry picture or resized said, i’d troubleshoot via followings you:

1. please provide detailed version of outlook client, , whether problem happens on both outlook client or owa;
2. please check if others in organization have same issue;
3. you can test picture, let know whether issue occurs kinds of picture; , if recipients see picture blurred , resized;
4. it better our understanding if provide steps add signature, , please catch screenshot.

if using outlook 2016 client, please see right steps create signature; if using outlook web app, see steps create , add email signature in outlook web app.

 

if issue persists, may select picture , choose format>wrap text, , set picture behind text:
