Beware: Outlook and Office 365 May Be Bugged or Have Viruses when - Microsoft Community

beware new customers , downloaders:  appears when download office 365 business premium there bug or virus in it.  microsoft office techs/help (about 15 different techs) unable figure out after more week working on it, having control of computer 11 hours, 33 minutes, , 5 seconds.  microsoft might have been hacked, if that's correct term it.  after downloading on brand new clean windows 10 desktop computer.  monday 2 weeks since downloading office 365 business premium , paying it.  since time outlook email has not been working, email missing, "error" , "something went wrong" messages. advice people don't want lose emails not download until microsoft can figure out fix or solution problem!  right sweeping under rug! looking other alternatives. small business , can't survive without business email.

according description, may know whether issue cannot use outlook client normally? send/receive emails. or, cannot download office 365 suite?

 

if former, can tell whether outlook web app (owa) can used normally?

if latter, have changed browser try again? recommend use ie 11 try again.

 

if misunderstanding, please kindly describe issue in details better understand situation.

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
